We led the launch of a renowned Chinese high-end fashion brand into Southeast Asia, strategically positioning Malaysia as the brand’s first market entry point.
To introduce the brand to a new audience, we conceptualized and executed a three-day fashion showcase, with each day built around a distinct theme to highlight different aspects of the brand’s design language and craftsmanship. From model selection and styling to show choreography and stage presentation, every visual detail was carefully curated and personally directed by our founder, ensuring the brand’s luxury identity translated seamlessly into a new cultural market while setting a strong foundation for regional expansion.
